About Coach Rita

Coach Rita has created a fulfilled, abundant, and charitable life. Her mission is to support others to do the same.

Rita is a Certified Professional Life and Career Coach. She offers the tools, support, and accountability which help her clients create positive, sustainable change. Rita helps her clients identify and remove the obstacles which keep them from moving forward. She does all of this using her own unique style of compassionate communication. Most clients report experiencing positive change from the very first session.

Rita received a B.A. magna cum laude from St. John’s University in New York. She did her graduate work at Queens College. Rita financed her own education and graduated debt free.

After a successful career in sales, Rita turned to the study of self-improvement and personal growth strategies.

Rita received her Life Coach training from Coach Training Alliance (CTA), an International Coach Federation accredited training program. CTA offers the highest quality coach training through rigorous experiential learning.

Rita is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and currently serves as President of The Long Island Coaching Alliance, an ICF chapter.

She also serves as a volunteer coach for ESUSA, a non-profit group which supports women re-entering civilian life after having served in the military.
