Life and Career coaching packages include:

• Three or four monthly sessions
• Welcome Packet
• Coaching Session Prep forms to ensure best value during session
• Optional Opening Centering Exercise at the beginning of each session
• Unlimited email support
• Quick phone check-ins when necessary

Packages are priced from $150 per month  - $395 per month

 All sessions are conducted by telephone. Coach Rita will initiate the call unless you have another preference.

Business Coaching fees vary depending on the needs of the business. Rita will submit a proposal after the initial consultation.
