Life Coach Rita Maniscalco will lead you on a fun and creative journey of self-discovery where you will define what your gifts are, see how you are already living your call, and explore how you might use your gifts to live your call in the future. Join other dynamic, amazing women on this day set aside for reflection, relaxation, and renewal.
The day will include:
· A welcome with coffee and freshly baked Friar’s Bread
· A centering exercise and “casting away of that which no longer serves”
· Guided exercises in self-discovery
· A delicious, healthy lunch.
· A labyrinth walk (rain or shine)
What to bring:
· A pen and notebook or journal
· Umbrella and/or rain slicker
· Money to buy Friar’s Bread to take home! (optional)
